My name is Ella Grimes, and I decided to start this blog as a way to document my newly vegan lifestyle, life in general, my plans for traveling and joining the Peace Corps after I graduate college. Currently I am 19 years old and I attend Texas State. I'm majoring in Health and Wellness Promotion. I've been vegan since August, and while it has been a major life adjustment, mentally and physically, I couldn't see my self living any other way.
